Visitors From Other Clubs
Visiting Kendoka: We welcome visitors who are registered with the BKA or an equivalent governing body.
Guest Policy
Visitors are non-paying members of EUKC, including members of our sister club, Edinburgh Kendo Club. This does not include our registered coaches. If you are unsure whether you count as a registered coach with EUKC, please contact the committee.
- Our Dojo Leader has the right to refuse any visitor to the dojo.
- Visitors are expected to follow the code of conduct of our club, our constitution, and Edinburgh University Sports Union rules.
- Before your first visit, please complete our Visitor Details Form for our records.
- Upon arrival, please fill out our Visitor Attendance Form. If you are unable to do this online, an EUKC member will assist you.
- If a visitor breaks the relevant codes of conduct, the committee has the right to suspend or ban that individual from visiting our dojo.
- Visitor information will be kept for 2 years after the last time that person visited the dojo.
What You Need To Do
Please complete these steps before and during your visit.
- Read the full guest policy before attending.
- Fill out the Visitor Details Form before your first visit.
- Complete the Visitor Attendance Form when you arrive at the dojo.

EUKC Membership
Required for all club participants. Register through the Edinburgh University Students' Association.
