Guest Policy

Visitors are non-paying members of EUKC, including members of our sister club, Edinburgh Kendo Club. This does not include our registered coaches. If you are unsure whether you count as a registered coach with EUKC, please contact the committee.

• Our Dojo Leader has the right to refuse any visitor to the dojo.
• Visitors are expected to follow the code of conduct of our club, our constitution, and Edinburgh University Sports Union rules.
• Before your first visit, please complete our Visitor Details Form for our records.
• Upon arrival, please fill out our Visitor Attendance Form. If you are unable to do this online, an EUKC member will assist you.
• If a visitor breaks the relevant codes of conduct, the committee has the right to suspend or ban that individual from visiting our dojo.
• Visitor information will be kept for 2 years after the last time that person visited the dojo.

What You Need To Do

Please complete these steps before and during your visit.

1. Read the full guest policy before attending.
2. Fill out the Visitor Details Form before your first visit.
3. Complete the Visitor Attendance Form when you arrive at the dojo.
